Although we don’t do complete tear off and replacement of shingle roofs, we do take care of many common causes of roof leaks. We can repair leaks caused by nails rusting away or damaged flashings on plumbing vent pipes. If your house has lead flashings on the pipes, the squirrels love to eat the top rim off which sends water into your attic. We replace these with rubber flashings that the squirrels don’t mess with.
We can install a complete metal roof over an existing shingle roof. We can provide R-panel, pinched seam, or standing seam. The metal roofing comes in mill finish or many different colors.
